Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant
Ever growing property management company is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to work in our Walnut Creek Office. This position requires a minimum of 2 years office experience in an office setting preferably in the property management field strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks. Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage incoming calls • Handle customer inquiries provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution • Work in conjunction with Community Manager to see to the administrative operations for the Community • Process work order requests • general clerical duties including photocopying scanning and mailing • computer skills and knowledge of relevant software Job Requirements: • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively • Computer skill and knowledge of relevant software Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical Dental 401K
